You Can't See It, Smell It, or Taste It
Radon is a naturally occurring gas that forms as uranium breaks down in soil and rock. With no color, smell, or taste, testing is the only way to know your Radon Level. It seeps into homes through foundation cracks, sump pits, and other small openings, building up to unsafe levels over time.
Up North Radon LLC provides professional radon testing and mitigation throughout Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding area, helping homeowners, property owners, and businesses understand their radon levels and take the next step when mitigation is needed.

ABOUT US
Up North Radon LLC is a family owned radon testing and mitigation company serving homes and multifamily properties across Minnesota and North Dakota. What began as a desire to protect our own family has grown into a mission to help others understand the risks of radon and create safer living environments.
After years working in construction as an asphalt superintendent, Jellay wanted to build something that allowed for greater balance and more time with family. As parents of four, we set out to create a business rooted in integrity, hard work, and long term purpose that reflects our Midwestern values and can one day be passed on to our children. We take pride in doing things the right way.
Fargo is especially meaningful to our family. Emily grew up in Fargo and has strong roots in the area, so serving homeowners, businesses, and property owners throughout Fargo-Moorhead feels like serving home.
Our goal is simple, to reduce radon levels and provide peace of mind.
Testimonials
Keeping properties across MN & ND safe from radon.
"Up North installed a system in my house, they did the testing and it came back that we were 4x over the reccomended limit! We got the system installed and Up North got the job done quickly and did a great job with the install. New readings showed basically 0 on the long term test and it was all done for a great price!"
Mikel Vogel

"I highly recommend Jellay to do your radon mitigation! Such a nice guy, very professional. My radon levels went down from 6.7 to under 1 just days after install, and so clean! Very reliable and prompt. Not just 5 stars; I give him a 10!!"
